Claire Stone – Connecting With The Female Archangels

In this Conversations With Healers episode, my guest is Claire Stone, International Psychic Reader and Spiritual Teacher, founder of The Angel Mystery School, and best selling Hay House Author. Claire was born with the ability to see and hear angels and spirit. Claire and I talked about:

  • The importance of looking for answers within
  • How the angels can assist us in doing that
  • What the female archangels (archeiai) are here to awaken in us
  • How we can begin to connect with the divine feminine energies and wisdom all around us
  • What she recommends to someone who may be deeply struggling at this time
  • The need for connecting with your soul daily
  • And much more!

Claire lovingly offered a guided meditation within our conversation to help you connect with the energy of Archeiai Christine. You don’t want to miss it!

My favorite healing nugget from Claire is “Everything is within, everything. It is such a simple statement but so profound.”

You can find out more about Claire and her work at her website. You can also follow her on Facebook or on Instagram. Claire is offering a free meditation to connect with Archeiai Haniel to those who sign up for her email list. I highly recommend that you check out her book The Female Archangels – Reclaim Your Power With The Lost Teachings Of The Divine Feminine. The book goes into beautifully explaining each archeiai and archangel, and gives you practical suggestions and rituals that you can practice to connect with them by yourself.

If this conversation touched you in any way, inspired you or spoke to you, please share it. You can share it in a conversation, post about it on Facebook or Instagram, or email or text it to your friends and family. We truly appreciate your support in spreading the love and light that we hope to create with these conversations.

When Life Asks You To Run A Marathon

When life asks you to run a marathon, you breathe and you preserve your energy.

You pay attention to what’s good for you and what’s not so good. You decide to keep, enhance, build on the good and leave, release, and forgive the not-so-good. You decide what is true and needed for you, what makes the most sense.

You believe in your ability to run the course. You become your own cheerleader. And you ask others to support and cheer you.

You take the time to slow your pace when you run out of breath. You remember that breaks are as precious and needed as sprints.

You become what the road, the time, the run asks you to become. You leave your pride and ego out the door and do your best. You dig deep to find the medicine in you and the gifts of your ancestors.

You celebrate every little victory, every little step, every little sweat. You add humor, lightness, laughter to the mix.

You stay gentle and kind to others and to yourself. You take it one step, one breath, one road post at a time. And you keep breathing, practicing, forgiving, starting over, and putting one foot in front of the other.

With love, light, and gratitude,

Damla

How I Recommend Healers To Tend To Their Business During COVID-19 And Beyond

I want to speak to Healers, who like me have been trying to make sense of this time while tending to their own light and working on igniting the light of others through their wellness-focused business. You may identify yourself as an energy healer, medium, chiropractor, massage therapist, reiki practitioner, past life regression therapist, astrologist, yoga teacher, sound healer, life coach, or any other way. I know that this time has been challenging for you and your business. Here’s how I feel that you can tend to your business during this time and beyond.

This is the time to listen in and tend to your needs. Give some of your energy medicine to yourself. Trust that your journey will continue to unfold for the best. Be your own healer, care-taker, space-holder and lover. Take the time you need, fill your well, and keep anchoring your soul in your body.

This is the time to be of service. The world needs you more than ever. How can you (within your time and resources) serve better and deeper? Perhaps that means finding the right pricing that works for these times, sharing some resources you love with your community, or creating a time and a place where you can simply listen and hold space.

This is the time for you to take action and create something new that is yours. When you feel like it, pour your heart and soul into something new, something that you have the copyrights to. Something that Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube algorithm can’t mess with. Something that is uniquely yours and can be made available to people online right away. You will know what that is when the time is right and you are ready. If you feel like you need some help, let me know

This is the time to collaborate. Ask for support. Pool your resources with another healer. Make yourself energetically available for the right collaborations. Reach out and say yes when someone else reaches out to you.

This is the time to be seen, heard, and read. Get on a podcast, schedule a Facebook live, write a blog post, etc. Share your light any way that you feel is right for you.

This is the time to review your expenses. Cut what is unnecessary. Save where you can save.

This is the time to take daily inspired action. Check-in with your guides and get to work. Do something every single day however small it may feel. If you need a break, take it, then come back to the table, again and again and again.

This is the time to recommit to your vision and reignite your business. Are you in it for the long run or are you going to give up when it is uncomfortable, difficult or inconvenient? I don’t have to remind you that your journey as a business owner is one of your greatest opportunities for spiritual awakening. Recommit, reignite your flame and put some faith into your vision.

This is the time to invest in the right resources, training, and communities. You need all the support you can get.

My dream is creating a new online community where I will support healers like you in expanding your consciousness and your business (because they go hand in hand). I have so many ideas and I need your help to figure out what you need. I invite you to fill out this brief online survey to let me know what you and your business need right now. Help me continue to support you any way that I can.

With love, light, and gratitude,

Damla

P. S. If you don’t consider yourself a Healer, consider reading this post where I have written about how I feel you can support the Healers in your life.

Tarankuku

When I was a little girl, my grandmother used to tell me and my cousins’ stories about a gypsy wanderer named Tarankuku. Tarankuku very conveniently used my grandma’s pantry as a passageway and occasionally came by to steal and eat children. The pantry was a dark and mysterious place for us children, full of weird, smelly items and forgotten kitchen gadgets, and whenever there was a sound in the house (or whenever my grandmother wanted us to calm down), she would tell us that Tarankuku was about to come by to steal us and we should better behave! And it worked. Of course, there was an age limit of maybe 7-8 years old and by then we all knew the trick and even started using it on our younger cousins.

As we are embarking on yet another week of the quarantine life, I am discovering the Tarankukus in my mind’s pantry, the dusty kitchen gadgets, forgotten jams, and a ton of other interesting stuff. I am realizing that each day is another choice. I can believe that what is in and around me is only darkness and I can stay scared. Or I have the choice to know that there are good things in and all around us and that I can at any moment reach for the spices, tasty pickles, and the home-made aromatic jams to enjoy, savor and make more beautiful things (and so can you).

I believed in Tarankuku for a long time (longer than I’d like to admit), even now I find it hard to sleep with my closet doors open. The last time I was in my grandmother’s house, I went into that pantry. It has been a while since she is gone but it still smells like her, a scent I can’t describe but I know it’s of her. It makes me cry every time I think of it since I’m reminded of how much I miss her. I’d like to think that she is watching me, and being proud of the work I do and maybe occasionally having a chat with Tarankuku over tea in her pantry.

With love, light, and gratitude,

Damla

How To Support Your Healers During The COVID-19 Quarantine And Beyond

My business is small (well, it’s just me!) and I need your help. Here is how you can support me and other lightworkers and wellness professionals in your life during the COVID-19 quarantine and beyond. Think of all the people in your life who are working very hard to share their light despite their personal circumstances and the challenges of running a small business. Think of the healer, medium, chiropractor, massage therapist, reiki practitioner, past life regression therapist, astrologist, yoga teacher, sound healer, life coach, or any other wellness-focused business owner in your life.

Here’s how you can help the healers in your life:

  • Share, like, and comment on their posts, videos, offers, healings, and events.  Turn on your notifications so that you are aware of what they post and show your energetic support with the click of a button or with a heartfelt comment. Social media isn’t what it used to be, everything we put out there lovingly reaches only a small fraction of our followers. Any help you can give would be hugely appreciated!
  • Give them a shout-out. Share their websites, social media pages, or posts with a shout-out to them at your Facebook, Instagram feed or stories, or any other social media of your choosing. While at it, tell them why you love following them and tell others why they should do so too.
  • Love on them. Write them a heartfelt review and a testimonial. Give them a reason to keep doing what they do and keep shining their light.
  • Invest in a healing product, session, or package within your means. A lot of healers, including myself are reducing their prices or making affordable healings available to you. Take advantage of this time and invest in your energetic well-being with big or small commitments.
  • Purchase a gift card. Most healers, including me, would be glad to create a gift certificate for you when you ask. Give the gift of healing to the people you love.
  • Say thank you for free offers, discounts, and for any inspiration, information, light, and support you get from these people. Tell them personally what a great job they are doing.
  • Refer them. Suggest their services to your friends and family. If they have lovingly supported you in a way that helped you navigate your life, give other people an opportunity to take advantage of the gift of their energetic support.
  • Make your voice heard. Write to them and tell them what you need from them, ask for sessions, products, offers, group healings that would help you feel calmer and better. Ask them about what you would love to learn from them in videos, blog posts, trainings, workshops or online offerings. Encourage them to keep shining their light.
  • Ask them how else you can be of help.
With deep gratitude, I invite you to support my small business in the following ways. I deeply appreciate any big or small action you may choose to take.

Here’s what you can do for free to show your support (you can choose one or more actions from this list):

Here’s how you can invest in your own well-being while supporting my business:

With deep love and gratitude for your presence in my soul tribe.

Damla

P.S. Next week I’ll write about what I feel healers can do to help themselves, their business and their tribe during this time.
